Will these work together?

I picked up this Dynex as a second TV and need to add some cheap speakers. Will something like this work with just the headphone jack from the TV?

If it has a headphone jack, sure - a lot of televisions do not. That said, you can do a lot better than those Logitechs - $80 will get you an old receiver and some proper speakers.

This is my leaving room (and importantly, the wife's space). I have a nice setup in my man room/basement.

I really need something small without the extra equipment.
