Will These Components be compatible together on my motherboard?

Hi, the title says it all really. Below are the components I want to put together and I just wanted to know if there would be any problems. I hope someone here can help me out 😀

ASRock H55M-LE Intel H55
Intel Core i5 760 2.80 GH Processor
Avexir 4gb (2 x 2gb) DDR3-1333 DC Ram Kit
NVIDIA 9800GT 1GB Graphics Card
320GB SATA Hard Drive (All I know is it's the usual one that people use, don't think the're any problems here)
Lightscribe DVD Drive
500 Watt Hyena Standard ATX Power supply (Complies with ATX12V Version 2.2
115/230V Switch Selectable)

Thats basically it and in case you need to know extra

I'm going to fit it all in an old SR5025AN Case that I have (It fits)
I'm Going to use Windows 7 Ultimate 32/64 Bit (depends if 64 Bit will work on this system)

Please help me out as soon as possible as I have no Idea if these components are all compatible with my motherboard (also does anyone know if the 500 Watt PSU is enough) anyway...

Thanks in advance

Real hodgepodge of parts there...

Installing 64-bit would be the way to go with this setup.

If that DVD drive is IDE, it won't work with that motherboard on its own because it has no IDE headers (not without an adapter).

I can't find much on that power supply, but it only has one SATA power connector (assuming they only made one 500W model). Hope that the hard drive is the only one that needs it. Apparently, this supply has a 5-pin PCI-E power connector (6-pin is the standard), which means you'll probably need a Molex to PCI-E adapter. By power rating it should be enough.

Avexir doesn't show up on the QVL at all, any reason you're going Chinese with the RAM?

And I have to ask, why would you get this hardware only to put it in a Compaq case?

Hey thanks for the quick reply  Um the DVD Drive is SATA sorry I forgot to mention that, about the RAM I've never heard of it either it was kinda just the first one I saw (not that keen on it now) and about the case well my parents think that I upgrade my PC too much (have no idea where they got that from) so I thought I'd keep it looking stock and just take everything out of this case and put in the new stuff because I know it fits and they shouldn't be that suspicious because no one really expects a case like that to have anything reasonable in it. The system isn't the best anyways so I doesn't really have to look flashy and thats about that. Oh by the way do you see any real problems here except for the fact that I think I need a 6-pin power supply and if it's not too much trouble could you reccomend any power supplies that are good and would fit and one last thing I thought I would go with this RAM instead "Transcend 4gb DDR3-1333 2 x 2gb CL9"

Thanks again

A power supply with only one SATA power connecter is no problem, 1 Molex --> 2 SATA converters are cheap.

Besides a decent power supply, don't skimp on RAM, but don't be tempted by flashy heatsinks either. I've found Kingston and A-DATA quite reliable.
