Won't happen, much as some of us would want.

Between the creative team behind it (can't get them all back together) and the almost impossible task of coming up with a good script, it just won't happen.

Personally, I would just be happy with a director's cut of it.

Near the end when she was in those paper hospital gown. She got up from the bed and fell -- in the commentary one of the girls yelled "Twat shot!" and I slowed down the scene and sure enough -- her twat was on full view.
