Will the TYAN K8SE still be respectable in 6 months?

I have a K8SE mobo with dual Opteron 246s waiting in the wings to become an uber-workstation later this year, but it's not going to come to fruition until at least November. While it's all paid for now, it would be nice to free up that cash value in the meantime. Would it be worth it to sell this stuff now for around $750 or should I hang onto it? Is AMD or TYAN going to have anything worthwhile cooking in the next 6 months that would help justify this sale while the getting is still good? I pretty much want to have the latest and the greatest motherboard for a dual-Opteron setup in a workstation environment. Thanks in advance for your advice.
