Will the Thermaltake SViking Work with my build?

I'm thinking of getting the Thermaltake SViking VA4000BWS Black Steel ATX for a new comp i'm building. I just wanna know if it will work with my mobo and other parts as well.

these are the other parts i'm thinking of getting:

processor: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB Socket 939
motherboard: EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
memory: OCZ Performance Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200)
gfx card: 3D Radeon X800 XL
hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3250823AS 250GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM
power supply: Fortron FSP400 400W

Also, are there better cases that I could get for around the same price?

I was thinking of the same case so I could upgrade to full ATX and get a board with dual channel and vcore adjust for a socket 478 processor. That is of course until I came face to face with the CM Stacker and havn't stopped drooling since. My main issue is having a case that will fit my 520 Watt aspire PSU wich is bigger than most.

I have this case and the stock cooling is EXCELLENT (2x120mm with integrated fan controller, filter on intake fan too). The only qualm I have is that the fans are mounted using plastic brackets.. i screwed mine to the case with vantec silicone vibration dampers and noticed a significant reduction in sound (when the fans are on high). Even with both fans at lowest settings you get a significant amount of airflow. Also the toolless pci retention sucks, but they make it easy to use screws as well.
