Will the stock HSF for a x2 4200+ cool a 5400+ BE?

I have a Athlon 64 X2 4200+ with the Stock HSF. I purchased a 5400+ recently, but since money is tight I would like to use the same HSF until I can afford a new one. Will this cooler be adequate? I heard these new chips run much cooler.
 
It should be fine unless you plan on overclocking it with serious voltage increases.
