Can't seem to find concrete info...but I would presume so since both the 360 and Ps3 have apps?
 
No one except Amazon can say yes, but it's very likely. Don't sell your PS3/360 expecting them to have launch day support though.

X1 will probably have it behind the Live Gold paywall like Netfilx and everything else online.
