will the flint from a Bic lighter fit a zippo?

my zippo ran out of flint a week ago, but i haven't been out to get any replacement ones. i have a bic lighter here that is nearly empty, does anyone know if the flints are the same size? i really don't want to take it apart then find out it doens't fit

ok... a bic lighter is like 70 cents... so you take it apart and then find out that the flint is too small, Big freaking deal, you can then buy another bic for pocket change and you have a broken bic that can be used for various pyro activities

BUT, if it wasn't to work, he may just be left without a lighter.

oh god! I forgot about that:Q Being lighter-less is never ever good! I still think that you should take it apart(if simply for the sheer pyroness of it ), but make sure that you have a spare ready, incase something doesnt work.

well, as i said, you may have wasted a bit of time, but you gained a broked bic(the best kind of bic i might add) which can be used for many many fun things

true, true. it's almost out of fuel anyways. and i can be lighterless, i don't smoke so it doesn't bother me
