Will the DOW plummet or will it Rise?

with Fords Earnings and Cuts to be announced today, which way will the market go?

i fear a 250 pt drop again.

I guess down, but, really investors shouldn't be surprised by this.

It might actually go up on the Ford announcement. Depends on whether the Investors think the cuts at Ford will succeed in making it profitable again or not. Other issues could come into play though, such as what Oil does today and Mid-East politics. It may go up for the simple reason that it fell so hard on friday as well.

I'm going to predict it will stay about the same. Investors will choose to take a day to consider what they should do.

it also depends on where Fords profits fall in regard to estimates, if their profits tanked, then you got some issues.
