I saw this article on Forbes this afternoon:

They go on to say that 7" tablets seem to trend towards havign 3G+WiFi integrated and being carried by telecom carriers while 10" tablets are trending towards WiFi-only and thus would likely be sold at stores like Best Buy.
It's an interesting prediction.

Despite the flood of recent announcements its still early days for the tablet industry. Trends are already forming, however, and RBC Capital Markets has spotted an interesting one: a growing divide between 7-inch and 10-inch tablets.
The current generation of tablets generally falls into one of these categories. Apples iPad, for instance, has a 10-inch screen while Samsungs Galaxy Tab measure 7 inches (diagonally). A number of other companies, including Research In Motion, Cisco and Dell are preparing to launch 7-inch tablets. LG, Motorola and Toshiba, meanwhile, are in the 10-inch camp, at least for now.
