Why not buy an ultrabook then I really doubt you'll have an enjoyable experience playing WoW on a touch screen.
Why not just get a Macbook air? I have an 11" one that will play WoW. To me, it's just a portable as a tablet and much more usable.

Surface Pro is not overpriced. If you know a better value high resolution x86 tablet with digitizer, please point it out. I'll probably buy one of the devices in this class as soon as they start shipping with 10W Haswell.Probably because despite how ridiculously overpriced the surface pro is, it's still a better value than any Apple product.

I heard the same story when ARM based tablets were brand new and the Xoom was ~$700. Just because it's new and somewhat unique doesn't mean it's not overpriced. A couple years later tablets were selling for $200, with superior specs.
Wait a few years and there will be feature-identical devices at half the price. The surface is overpriced.
The first Xoom was offered with 4G, no wifi only model. That is why it's price was high. And the Xoom was overpriced and a failure. So probably not the best of examples.![]()
What makes you think the Surface will not be a failure? Lots of negative press so far and sales figures aren't all that impressive.

FTFY. Surface Pro is pretty competitively priced with other ultrabooks.

I just said the Xoom was a failure. I
I just didn't get why you said,
"the Xoom was overpriced and a failure. So probably not the best of examples."
The surface pro is also overpriced and likely to be a failure, so it seems to me like it actually *is* the best example. Unless I just completely missed what you were trying to say.
Ultrabooks are a failure, so why do you think a product with similar pricing and features will be a success?
Surface RT is overpriced. Looking at everything else on the market now and the specs of the Surface Pro, it definitely gives the impression of being overpriced.
Not really the argument. You claimed the Surface is overpriced based on hardware specs. I corrected that the RT is overpriced, while the Pro is competitively spec'd and priced with other ultrabooks...for which the OP specifically stated he's in the market.
Funnily enough, towards the end of this article there's a paragraph of commentary on how the Surface Pro will cause trouble for other manufacturers by undercutting them. By being priced lower than comparable products.
