Will Startup Cop Utility Work on Win XP?

I just bought a new computer and was wondering if Start Up Cop utility will work with Windows XP.

yeah probably but I recommend you try the msconfig first. Go start run and type msconfig into the box. Theres a tab on the end marked startup.

Yeah, I tried the msconfig utility in XP and I can't get that stupid msc acct. to stop on startup even though I deselect it, it keeps coming back in the startup.
