It is just me, or did the first guy get RIPPED?

I know the first one is DDR and 32mb more, but isn't that IT? Not $325 worth in my opinion.
 
Not as bad at it apperas at a glance. One is a pro version, for high end business use, the other is a budget MX version, for low end business use.
