I need to send some money through paypal to someone who can't accept credit card payments. The only problem is that my paypal account's balance is $0. What I was wondering is if I could send someone about $36 (or $35 plus the fees that paypal would charge plus $2 for the effort) in paypal credit card payments and have you send me $35 in paypal money.
If anyone could do this, I would really appreciate it. Maybe it could raise your heatware (this would be a transaction that I think you could be rated for on heatware)...Also, I want to see your heatware rating before I send you $35++. Thanks a lot!!!
