Will Skylake bring BGA to retail channels?

Anyone know if Intel will release Skylake BGA processors/motherboard to retail channels? I am interested in an upgrade, but I really don't care if it's LGA or BGA (I typically buy and stick with a CPU). It would be nice to have some more variety to choose from, particularly in the SFF mini-ITX/thin-mini-ITX market.

I'm talking about CPU/mobo combo, like there is availability for Atom-based stuff like this:

So far there have been no Haswell or Broadwell BGA boards (if that is any indication).

There have been plenty of Ivy Bridge boards in the form of the 1037U though. However, 1037U had a niche with the four SATA ports via NM70 chipset. (Haswell and Broadwell BGA would only have two SATA ports).

Not sure what it would take to see Skylake BGA board? Maybe a large iGPU not available in LGA socket would do the trick?
