Will running stock Android on a Galaxy disable core features?

If you have a Samsung Galaxy and you root it and get stock android.. it might be great to loose all the bloatware obviously.. but isn't the disadvantage that you loose core features that control the device that are just part of touchwiz like quick settings?

Yeah, you will lose touchwiz features. Some of them have equivalents in stock android or other roms, but some don't.

The scrolling with your eyes feature you will lose... hah ya that feature. Im sure there are some s-pen features you might lose too but there are probably apps that can do the same thing.
