Will PNY accept a compgeeks refurb reciept for an exchange?

My pny geforce3 ti200 has been acting up lately, i'm looking to return it but I was wondering if PNY would accept the reciept that says refurb on it? has anyone else tried? They do have a lifetime warranty, and all i'm looking for them to do is to exchange me a gf3ti200 for the one I got. If not, does anyone have a reciept for a gf3ti200 i could borrow? or a copy? thanks guys.

They exchanged my open box ti4200 from best buy with the receipt and I was a little worried. There were no questions. It was technically not a refurb though so I don't know how that might affect things.
