Easily enough time, I have lost nearly 30lbs in 5 months and I haven't really done much exercise at all.
Cut down on beer, was drinking about 20-25 pints a week whilst at university, that has been slashed to about 4-5 now.
Drink water in place of pop
Cut out unhealthy snacks between meals, i.e. cookies, potato chips etc.
I have done this and I find that I can still eat three good sized meals with the weight still falling off.
