Will Nero burn a Blindimage okay?

I used BlindRead to rip a disc in my quest of looking for good ripping and burning programs for backups since I had good experience with it a long time ago. But the images are .BW*, with the largest one being .BWI.

To Nero 6, this is a 'foreign' image and I'm wondering if it'll still burn okay if I select the .BWI or if there is some sort of cue-like file I should use. It gave me .BWA, .BWI, .BWS, and .BWT

FYI, an easy way to get around Nero's image limitations is to mount the image using Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%, then just use Nero to do a CD-to-CD "on the fly" copy.
