Well, aight... Don't start yelling at me bout how I got so many freakin fans in my case... I'm sorry for that, but in reality, my HSF is louder than all of them combined, so noise didn't really matter.. So yeah... here's my situation...

Intake

4 32.11 cfm fans front = 128.44 cfm
1 28 cfm fan front = 28 cfm
1 20 cfm fan side = 20 cfm

Total for intake = 176.44 cfm

Exhaust

2 50 cfm fans rear = 100 cfm
1 50 cfm fan top = 50 cfm
1 exhaust blower = 16 cfm

Total for exhaust = 166 cfm

176.44 - 166 = 10.44 cfm

Now, my PSU also takes some air, so would I even out my airflow?? Or possibly get a negative charge??? I have the aspire 500w

If you line up all the fans into compressor stages, I bet you can make your own jet engine.

Seriously though, if your PSU has a standard 80mm fan spinning at a normal 5000rpm or so, it's going to move anywhere from 25 to 35 cfm.

What case are you using to house all those fans?? .... i want one!!!!!!!!!!!

Its not bad to have a positively presurized case, it helps with dust. I really don't know if the PS would even it out, some move lots of air, others very littly.
