My pc components are: Ryzen 5 2400g running at 3.7 GHz and the CPU Vcore is 1.4 (motherboard put it automatically) 2x4gb Ram clocked at 2933 Mhz My case has 4 fans, 3 rbg fans at the front (Molex) and 1 non rgb on the back (CPU motherboard header) I also have Razer Blackwidow Chroma and Razer Deathadder Chroma. and an LCD 19" monitor (1440x900).

I doubt that is a good idea, but I will move this thread to PSU for more responses.

I would honestly recommend upgrading the PSU for good measure. A really good 450W like a seasonic platinum could do it I suspect just fine, but if that is a bronze one, maybe not. Also, how old is it, and what drive(s) do you have?

We really have to know the details of the PSU. Brand, age, and model. Specifically important is the +12V output ratings. I've seen some 450s that have split rails like +16A/+16A or similar, and that's not great for your scenario either.

Best idea if doable is to grab a respectable 600+.

Should be possible with no/limited overclocking of the cpu/gpu, since the 450w bt (supposedly superflower based) is capable of 420w on a single 12v rail. I'm currently running an i7 860 (95w tdp) + stock rx 480 on an old vx450 corsair which is only rated for 396w on the 12v.
Note: assuming you aren't running half a dozen 10TB/high platter count hdds.

Note: anandtech's power figures are w/ overclocked i7 4960x. Full system load at wall is 360w for a factory overclocked rx580
