Will Mushkin DDR pc3200 basic do cas 2.0???

depends on the speed.
If say you had a Barton at 166 FSB, the RAM would likely do CAS2.0 at 333MHz (166FSB) but it probably wouldn't do CAS2 at 400MHz and more.

I can run my generic PC3200 at CAS2.0 when the speed is backed down, but at 400.. it's CAS3 all the way.

hmm im pairing this up with my 2100+@2.3ghz 400fsb and twinmos pc3200 which are times as followed
cas 2
ras to cas 3
ras pre 2
tras 7

Try it

Although ppl (like me ...or not) may have success or failure with running Mushkin Basic @ CAS 2, YMMV.

Those people are idiots and benchmark junkies. Well, except maybe for you intel folks still stuck on the Front Side bus.

I havn't heard that in quite awhile here. Most people I hear are always recommending value ram as of late. The perforamnce gain from CAS 2 is worthless except in a few benchmark and even at this its probably not much more than 1-2% difference

Im already running Twinmos ch-5 pc3200 200mhz running 2.77v at
cas - 2
ras to cas - 3
ras precharge - 2
tras - 7

How would you make the timings for both. I remember hereing abut nforce2 liking the tras at 7 or 11
