Will Minority / Women Cabinet members increase?

Do you think we will see a non-random increase in Minority cabinet members if Obama is the next President or women cabinet members if Clinton is the next President?

After Barack Obama is elected, he'll pull off his mask to reveal that he is, in fact, an elderly white man. If Hillary wins, she'll show everyone her testicles. In fact, most people don't know this, but the only way we won't have a white male as the next president is if McCain is elected, as McCain is in fact a robot.

How can it stay 90% old white men when Bush has already so many minorities, women, etc. in various posts in his Cabinet? Bush has had a very diverse Cabinet... blacks, asians, hispanics, women, etc. have all held various posts.

If you mean choosing people based on their ethnicity or gender over qualifications, I hope not.

The other thread today about Obama's economic and foreign policy advisors indicates he goes for competence above all.
