i am thinking of upgrading my comp next year.... and now the prices r soooo darn cheap... should i buy it now.. and keep it untill next year?? or should i wait untill next year.... i'm juz affraid ram pricesse will go up :\

Buy it now, you don't know whether it will go up or not. It's damn cheap right now. As soon as I get paid I'm going to buy 512 or more of the crucial ddr ram.

I would buy now and start to stock up. The RAM market is very volatile, and I don't expect prices to dip below ~$30 for 256MB PC2100 DDR RAM stick. Just remember what you are buying the RAM for? ;) I.E. don't buy PC133 SDRAM when you're gonna need DDR a year from now.

Remember that something faster would definately be out by next year. Unless you wanted to be stuck with slower memory when you buy your new system!

oh yea~.. i would not mind if prices go up by $10

i just dun wnana it go up like $100

cause last time i baught my 128mb pc133 for like $127??
then 1 month later i was hitting my head on the wall dropedd sooo dmamn much... no juz $30??.... i juz wish it wont go up back to the same pricing last time

I am afraid it allready started here in Ottawa,256megs pc133 just went up 10$ per stick .:(
