cool! it has a 3d accelerated desktop? I didn't know, but always wished windows would. so is it the same thing as osx? that would be nice, a very smart idea imo.

ok people lets focus

a) unless its windowed the card wouldnt have to worry about drawing any other 3d stuctures

b) this does belong in os

c) Palladium is evil, unless they give an option to not turn on copy protection I WILL NOT BE UPGRADING TO LONGHORN

Palladium requires special chips to work and will be an optional feature to use. Don't worry about it for now.
