Doesn't quite work that way.

Karma does not cancel out in the sence on stopping something bad from happening to you if you do good deeds

Lets say your driving your car, you cut off and then flip the bird to another driver(A Bad act)

Now lets say you give up a the closest parking space to a store so an old lady can have it.

Your still going to receive your punishment for flipping off the other driver(lets say you get a flat tire at night while raining and you cell phone is dead)

Your reward for the good act might be a nice driver stops and gives you a ride to a gas station for help or lets you use their cell to call AAA

Ok while not the best example I think it gives a general idea.
