I have a DIAMOND PVR660RCUSB and I wanted to know if I just plug it into my computer witch is running winxp x64 should it work?

AFAIK, 2000 is 32-bit and XP is 32-bit with 16-bit compatibility mode.

What OS are you running? Your System Rig link is linking to nothing specific
 
Based on a quick look at Diamond website, it doesn't look like its officially supported, however that doesn't garantee that it won't work ... if you already own it I'd say just download the latest driver & give it a try.

If you havn't made the purchase yet I'd say do more research before investing in the hardware.
