Hi,
I hope in the late spring, I might have enough saved to be able to finallybuild a new PC.
My last build was a PIV 3.2 northwood, 478 chipset motherboard with 2 gig of ram.
The only way I can move into the new build is to use some of my current system along with a new motherboard, ram and CPU.
My question is, since I have 4 or 5 old cases around the house from PCs my son or I have built or been given, can they be used to build a new system?
Will the new motherboards line up with the old ATX case's motherboard tray.
I have old Compaq, Enlight, and Enermax mid towers that I could use.
I realize I could get a case for $50.00 but I'm out of work and money is tight.
Thanks for your help.
