32F is the magic number.. the weather report states 36F currently, but feels like 29F. Will things freeze?
 
Pure water will freeze at 32F.

Windchill and dry air can make a person feel colder but this will not make standing water freeze.

Just as in the summer high humidity can make it feel much hotter - Gallium will not melt at 80F! 😉
