Will I notice a significant performance improvement upgrading from Duron 950 to Athlon 1.4G? Or $$ for the next Gen. VC?

The Duron is overclocked, 145 * 6.5 = 943mhz. Will there be a significant performance increase over this upgrade to Athlon 1400?? Or should I save the money for the next video card, Radeon 64MB is what I currently have.
 
uh, i'll say it again...totally depends on the apps u run

are u ripping tons of divx???...then yes.

are u browsing the web and surfing hardcore porn sites?..then no

are u like everyone else on this board that upgrades regardless of whether or not the upgrade offered perceptible gains?...

personally, i'd wait for next vid card if u want some hardcore gaming improvements
