Will I notice a difference between 108cfm and 150cfm airflow?

I currently have two 120mm Sunons in my case which makes 108cfm of airflow. If I were to add 2 80mm fans at say 45cfm each, would I notice any drop in temperatures? I currently have 22c case temps, but would like to see my 41c CPU temps drop some since I will be overclocking after I build my new system. Thanks for any opinions.

The smaller fans would make alot more noise, I'd stick with the two bigger fans. What kind of CPU are you using?

I just bought an unlocked Athlon XP 1900, and will be using a thermalright ax-7 and AS3. Actually I was talking about using the 2x120mm's and 2 more 80mm's. So I would have about 50cfm more of airflow.

Let me get this right: you want lower case temps than 22C? How cold is it in your room? Anyway, 22C is very cool, my case temp is 31-32C, 34C when I oc, and I "only" have 93cfm airflow through the case (2x 46.5cfm 80mm Papst fans).
You should get a better hsf instead, a 19C difference between case and cpu isn't very good, with my PAL8045 and a 46.5cfm fan (same as the others) I get a max of 8C difference, and that is with cheap thermal paste, with a better one the difference should be less. 41C is still acceptable though, you should be able to oc with no probs.

Like I said in an earlier post, I just bought a Thermalright AX-7 and some AS3. I will be replacing my GC68 with my AX-7 when I build my new system.

Is there anyway to lower my CPU temps after that with more case cooling, or is my cpu not going to be affected by more case fans?

A case temp of 22C is very good... 22C is the ambient temperature in my room. Have you checked yours? Unless you are in a much colder room than normal, more fans probably wont do anything except make noise.

My room temperature is currently 70F, which is like 21.5c. So obviously my case cooling is about as good as it can get.

I dont think 50 cfm in air is going the make a big diffrence it might help 1c or 2c if you place them just right. if you truely want all the cpu has you might want to look at water cooling. thats my 2 cents
