Will I be losing performance if I'm going from a dual-channel memory to single-channel memory?

I'm stuck with an Antec Mini P180 case and my Gigabyte mobo won't fit in there (ATX), so I"m looking to buy a microATX case to support my E2160 CPU until Nehalem comes out. I didn't plan on upgrading until Nehalem, but I bought the Antec case for $80 and I haven't been able to sell it to break even.

The thing with the ECS mobo is that it's single channel. I have two sticks of DDR2 800 RAM and using an E2160 CPU. I mainly just play WoW, use bittorrent, and browse the web, watch bluray rips most of the time. Will I be losing any performance if I switch mobos from the Gigabyte to ECS?

Yes your memory performance/bandwidth will degrade but you will mainly only notice it in applications were memory bandwidth plays a major role. I would not worry too much about it if its just a temporary solution. What happened to your old case?
