I was wondering, what happen when earwax fall too deep inside your ear. Will it get a infection?

I got a piece of candy stuck deep in my ear once and couldn't hear. The doctor just poured hydrogen peroxide in there and it dissolved after a while.

I had a problem like that when I was younger. Doc used water (maybe hydrogen peroxide, dunno) to get all the wax out.
