It's simple really. Light head on fire, tilt it to the side, let earwax drain out, put out fire.

I got a piece of candy stuck deep in my ear once and couldn't hear. The doctor just poured hydrogen peroxide in there and it dissolved after a while.

I had a problem like that when I was younger. Doc used water (maybe hydrogen peroxide, dunno) to get all the wax out.
