Will I be able to run this setup with this PSU?

I have a 400W Seasonic Supertornado PSU that I would like to use to run a new Core2 Duo setup. Plan to get the Gigabyte P35 motherboard (for 129), a core2 6750, and 2gb of Ballistix memory. I run 2 ATA133 hard drives and a 7600GT video card along with a TV tuner. Can it handle this new motherboard/cpu/memory?

Mind you, this is not permanent, I'll upgrade the PSU when I upgrade the video card in a few months.

Yes, that PSU should be able to easily power that setup. Heck, it'll probably be able to even power whatever graphics card you decide to get when you upgrade. Unless you upgrade to, like, SLI 8800Ultras... then there might be a power crunch.
