Boy, she's sure fading fast in the polls. Been a rough couple of weeks for her.
Her dropping in the polls is directly proportional to how much the media is biased towards her.

All Strongman Trump has to do is not retweet from white supremacists and he's considered to be pivoting towards being Presidential.

Yeah... I don't follow that logic. But then again, I don't follow how either of these piles of manure were nominated by American voters to run for the highest office in the country.

False equivalency, huh?

When Trump lies, it's expected behavior & apparently perfectly acceptable. Over and over again, like water off a duck.

When Clinton's staff doesn't handle the fainting episode very well, it means that she's dying & lying about some horrible disease. And acting like typhoid Mary, too.

Ironically, there are easy answers.

Hillary was "nominated" since the entire s*it system is set-up like this, already forget the DNC scandal and ugly Wassermann-Schulz and how they screwed over Bernie (sort-of)....this is how SHE got "nominated".

And Trump was "nominated" since the Right is (and always has been) busy with crafting fantasy stories and throwing shit at the opposing side, rather than improving/modernizing their party and producing an actual serious nominee.

He is an entertainer and knows how to play the media. She is a dull politician who has been in the public eye for too long. The only spectacle around Clinton is how she manages to repeatedly shoot herself in the foot despite her considerable advantages.

I hope they both make it, and we get to hear an honest exchange of ideas. I am sure Trump has great policies that will totally work and trickle down any time now.

Please. Hillary crushed Bernie in the primaries because she was favored overwhelmingly by Democrats.

Repubs can't improve their party until they abandon trickle down economics, an impossibility. They represent the financial elite entirely with all of their other issues merely shiny objects used to woo the gullible.

No, Hillary was nominated because more people voted for her. Not difficult to comprehend here.

Ah...big surprise "more people voted for her", because, NORMALLY, more people are voting for he/she who has the most money and support behind them. And the entire DNC put their power behind Clinton (although they were supposed to be impartial, not the fucking "Clinton Campaign HQ") - so YES, "more (delegates) voted for Clinton", big surprise there!

You might want to tell that to Jeb Bush.

Caucuses make it hard to establish firm numbers, but Clinton received approx 16.8M votes (55%) to Sanders' 13.2M votes (43%).

Bernie got his shot but Dems picked Hillary. Bitter Bernie voters need to get over themselves so we can beat Trump.

meh. as a Sanders supporter throughout the primaries the DNC scandal was severely overblown. All those emails and all they showed was a couple of suggestions made to attack Sanders, one of which was to invoke his Jewish religion. Neither of the suggestions were followed through on and the primaries moved on. What hurt Sanders more was a lack of media coverage during the early stages of the primaries. Clinton just beat him at the end of the day. Remember in 2008 Obama came out of a virtual nowhere to beat the Clinton machine. So it can happen.

That being said I think the overall process in this system is screwed up. It's screwed up for third parties all around and heavily biased for establishment politicians during the primary process.

Popular vote during the primaries had Clinton win roughly 3 million more votes than Sanders. That is *not* delegates, that is the popular vote. Sanders was simply not as popular as Clinton.

Well, if the system is screwed up it's been that way for a very long time & we seem to be able to function with it decently well.

Honest Bernie supporters will close ranks behind Clinton because they're Democrats & decent people who recognize that Trump is a national disgrace & the Repub party not much better.

Clinton voters would have done the same for Bernie had he prevailed.
