Currently I have cas3 pc100 ram. Will getting some cas2 133-150 ram help overclock. right now i have a tbird 800 at 8.5x111=944. thanx

I suggest you change to a higher multiplier. Unless you get a DDR mombo, the KT133 chipset MBs don't have much chance of breaking 115Mhz FSB.

Ram won't do much if you just up the multiplier. If you're gonna mess around with the FSB, I'd suggest trying at least PC133@CAS2 ram.

With the KT133 chipset the best I could do was a 110Mhz FSB that overclocked my PC133 to whoping 145Mhz!!!!!!

Me too, I can only reach 9x110 FSB with my duron 600 running @990. I can get 7131 in 3Dmark 2000 but the graphic is flashy.
I set it back to 10x100 FSB running @1G even though it is only 6968 in 3Dmard 2000.

From what I experienced and what others have said, the kt133 chipset can't overclock FSB worth jack. It might seem stable but after some hard cpu crunching it crashes. If I run my FSB from 101-107FSB, I can run stability test 6.0 for 6 hours fine but after that it crashes. I would check your settings carefully.
