Will heatsink for Athlon 64 fit on an Athlon 2500 mobile?

This may be a dumb question, but I was reading reviews and they always say this is the the athlon 64 and opteron...is there a difference or will the Thermaltake Silent Boost K8 fit on the athlon 2500+ barton mobile?

I was thinking about this one because newegg has some referbished...and i know i could get better and a new one, but im getting the chip along with it and have a bidget....unless you can reccommend another one? I want to do some O/C to around 2.2 or 2.4..will this cut it? Also, I dont know the price of it....but where can I find the Thermalright SP-97? i looked everywhere, newegg doesnt have it and i usually buy from them...
 
Nope, I don't think it will work. I accidentally picked up the AMD64 SilentBoost at my local computer shop. There was no way in the world that clip was going to work with my 2500+.
