Will Garage Band 09 influence you to play guitar (again)?

Cause I know it will for me. I mean 5 bucks a lesson is better than trying to teach myself as I previously did. Its just a great way to improve Garage Band in my opinion and maybe it could be a self sustaining musical lesson entity. Who knows! So far Macworld is showing some pretty neat software innovations.
 
As long as the lessons are relatively long. For instance.. it costs $12/half hour for private lessons in my area. So if I could get that same amount of training with $5-10 worth of video lessons, then I feel it'll probably be worth it. However, if these are like 2 minute long exercises, then I think it's a bust.

I play guitar already, but I'm more of a rhythm player, so I might be interested if they have a great deal of lead training.
 
Yeah, I think for motivated people, it will be great. I'm looking forward to it 🙂
 
$12 is pretty cheap. Lessons nationwide range from $20-$30/half hour on average.

Looks like they sank a lot of money into a gimmick.
