Will Flashing the Bios delete my OC profile?

Hey guys, my question is just like what the title says? I have an ASUS motherboared and they have had new bios updates lately, should I copy my OC profile before the flash or will it still be there after the bios update?

Usually it's deleted, I believe.

General rule of thumb is to reset bios to defaults and get rid of the OC before flashing anyway. Then clear CMOS after the flash and re-input your settings as they were.
