will dual cahnnel kit work in a single channel MOBO?

You dont make any sense....

Are you getting an nforce4 board or not?

If your question is if a dual channel kit will work in a single channel motherboard than the answer is yes, like I posted in my first response.

Yes it will. Dual Channel RAM kits are actually plain normal dimms. Their sold as "Dual-Channel" because they were tested in dual operation and are identical to each other.

You can get dual channel operation even if you don't get a kit, just make sure you use identical dimms.

Infact, even "non-dual channel RAM" works in Dual Channel in most cases.... it's just freaking memory modules, they all do the same thing!!!! Dual Channel kits are only sold as that because they are tested as that, when infact, most generic memory seems to work fine in dual channel mode (in my experiences anyways)
