I dunno, Vista's launch will either strain supply and force prices up, or it will make manufacturers drop prices because nobody will want Vista if they can't afford to upgrade to it, and it's more profitable to sell a bunch of stuff on low margin than a little bit on high margin. It's a crappy answer, but all I know to say is wait and see.
