Will corsair xms 3500(433) do 470 at stock timings?

just want to know if this ram will do 470 at default timings any feedback would be appreciate, i did the math and 27 mhz is a 6% OC so i figured it should do what 10% at default timings i hope

I guess it just depends on luck, best bet would be to try it out. Im assuming it should be able to just fine, but i would test it out for yourself to see.

corsairxms3500 is already overclocked.

so it would be already past 6% oc.

470 can be done, but will require overvolt.

im fearless ill run up to 2.9v on my memory without a thought, is there any 3700 memory out there with tight timings? or is it all 3-4-4-8

Edit: read it a bit too fast, I thought you meant "any" ram with tighter timings, not just 3700 memory. The 3700 ram is going to have pretty high timings.
Geil has some 2.5-7-3-3 @466, and I have seen some people with the Buffalo pc3700 get tight timings, such as 2-2-2-5/2-2-2-6 at 200-220fsb using this ram which is great considering the price.

I'd watch out for ocz memory, cause they are known to overclock the ram.
The bad rap continues to haunt them to this day.

i got some ocz gold 3700 does (260fsb) ddr 520 easy at 2.5 3 3 7 no problem i like to see cosair do that

but any ways with ur board and some ocz 3700 will be great

i tring to get a board like that

dont get a abit board they dont like the fast ram with ch5 or some otherchip (u can see the abit forums for more on that subject)
