Will Biden pack the court? No, hopefully he will attempt to fix the corruption inflicted upon it, rescuing it's legitimacy. Americans need to have confidence in the highest court there is. I think appointments are fine, as long as it's for one term of something like ten years. That way we don't end up with these federalist society pod people who graduated law school last week. We'll be stuck with Boof and Handmaid until probably 2050 at a minimum. That's ridiculous.
