Will AMD offer anything slower then 3500+ A64 S939?

course. They are saving them up as we speak for release after they get rid of all the 754s. If they released them now no one would buy the chips they already made.
 
yeah they will come out. just like the A64 3000's and 2800's. It will probably be quiet like those releases and probably won't be for a few months.
