Will all this run on a 350Watt PSU?

I wouldn't. Your pushing it hard. I'm no expert in PSU's by any means but I would want a minimum 400W to feel comfortable.

Which 350W PSU? The G850 uses <65W, the GPU uses ~140W, the rest maybe 50W on average. It could be doable on a high quality unit.

Give us a little more detail about this so-called 350W PS...
1. Is it brand new?
2. Is it a brand known for producing "high quality" units?
3. If used, how old is it?
4. If used, has it been run behind a good UPS all it's life?

If the load is circa 200-250w, I don't see a problem with that. If it's a loud... poor-quality unit, I'd have it replaced though. There are some really nice 350 watters on the market. The only problem could be is short cables or not enough them ;-)

Best answer is "Maybe," but you'll be pushing the PSU close to it's max.

With that video card, I presume you're a gamer...right?

That shows a system demand of 275 watts running Crysis...doable with your PSU, but we don't know the exact specs of the machine used in Anand's testing.

We do know some of the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-920 @ 3.33GHz
Motherboard: Asus Rampage II Extreme
Chipset Drivers: Intel 9.1.1.1015 (Intel)
Hard Disk: OCZ Summit (120GB)
Memory: Patriot Viper DDR3-1333 3 x 2GB (7-7-7-20)

But not the info as to any ODD's used, fans powered, etc.

IMO, while this will probably work...for a while anyway, you'd be wise to invest in a larger video card.

As already mentioned, WHICH Thermaltake PSU? It DOES make a big difference:

Litepower 350W W0363/W0367 ~20A
Litepower 450W W0361/W0362 ~25A
Purepower Fanless 350W W0029 ~14A
Purepower 350W W0118 ~15A
Litepower LP-350AH2NF W0292 ~28A

As you can see, there's a wide variation in the amount of power available on the +12v rail. Just total amperage isn't enough to make the recommendation.

15A on the 12V according to Boomer's information. That isn't enough. for $140, you can get a 430CX and a 6770 (same speed as GTX 550 Ti).
