Will adding more memory to current system ruin my dual channel setup and Overclock settings

I'm looking add more memory to my system because I'm moving from windows xp 32bit to vista 64bit. My question is If I fill up my last 2 slots with a another pair (2x1gb) will it stop it from running in dual channel and will i experience problems with my current overclock.

It won't interfere with dual channel, it may or may not mess up your OC (depends how nice the motherboard plays with the RAM).

Better option would probably be grab a pair of 2GB sticks & sell those 1GB sticks.

EDIT: Like these - G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2-800 for $45 shipped.

It didn't screw with my OC setup, though I had to (like most of) bump up the MCH voltage a notch or two. Four modules also give you slightly worse performance than two.. which you can find out with Everest :)
