Will a Sempron run on any AMD mobo?

I am onlypicking these parts because they are local and the guy wants it today. Will this be a fine budget combo?
 
He only has laround $200.00. The Sempron is only like $65.
This is an upgrade from a Celery 400...so I am sure it will be enough, I just know nothing about Semprons..only that it is like the Celrey of AMD's right now 😉

The Semprons are essentially rename AthlonXPs. Don't let the title "budget CPU" fool you. These are some very fast processors for the money. Certainly better than anything in the Celeron line.
