Will a Enermax 485w Noisetaker handle a quad core (q6600) overclock?

Three hard drives
DVD Writer
Couple of fans

Here's the output specs

32 Amp 32 Amp 18 Amp 18 Amp 0.8 Amp 2.5 Amp 32 Amp 485 Watt

I currently have no problems with the same PSU with the same drives but a 3800x2 (also overclocked)
