yes, but I'm not sure if the mounting pins and holes will line up correctly. You are better off ordering some thermal epoxy such as Artic Alumina Thermal Adhesive along with your heatsink. Don't forget to lap the heatsink before using. www.virtual-hideout.com has an article on lapping.
